Our Story

St. John Vianney Catholic School is the only Pre-K-8th grade Catholic school in Gallatin.  The school opened in 2003 to serve the families of Sumner County, and neighboring areas of Davidson, Wilson, Trousdale, and Robertson counties. This private school in Gallatin, Tennessee, was the vision of then pastor, Bishop David Choby, who wanted to provide the opportunity for a Catholic education to the families living in the areas north of Nashville. His vision is now reality. The school is in its seventeenth year in operation, accredited by the state and by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
