St. John Vianney School has many reasons to be thankful—we see it in the faces of our students each morning, we experience it in the involvement and service of our parents, and feel it in the prayers of all SJV supporters. We also now broke the record for the highest enrollment ever at our school!
The coupling of Christian values with strong academics, allows us to build a lifelong foundation for a love of Christ, as well as love of learning. We are proud of what we have been able to accomplish this year including being a one-to-one device school, interactive boards in every classroom, new curriculum and resources in every subject, and a brand new sign in front of our school, and opportunities to offer tuition assistance to families in need seeking a Catholic education. Let’s not forget to mention our ever-growing staff including new elective teachers, a learning specialist, and a counselor.
We are committed to making SJV a truly great Catholic school—but we can’t do it without your support and help. Tuition only covers 62% of the expense of the cost to educate a student. The remainder of funds come from the generosity of our parish, our Diocese, and the families and friends of our students.
I am excited to share with you the SJV Annual Fund Campaign initiative. Most Catholic schools in the Nashville diocese, with the exception of St. John Vianney, conduct an annual fund campaign. As we look to the future, an annual fund campaign will help us ensure on-going success for our students. I ask that you consider a contribution to our annual fund. Your gifts are instrumental in providing our students the tools and opportunities to learn and grow.
Your financial support will impact every student at SJV. It allows us to hire and retain the best teachers and staff, while granting them access to necessary technology and current educational trends. Your contributions provide materials for extracurricular activities and resources for in-school projects.
